Fans who do not update their Packers app before gameday will not be able to access their tickets through the app. Those who cannot update the app can still access their tickets via web browser.
To avoid internet connectivity issues, Packers fans should download the latest version of the Packers app prior to arriving at Lambeau Field on gameday. The app is available for download in the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android phones.
Once fans have their app updated, they should ensure they are logged in to their account by tapping "Account" at the top right of the app and selecting "My Packers Account." Please note, the location of the "Account" button was moved from the app's bottom tile to the upper right corner in the new version of the app. Next, fans must tap "Sign in to Packers" and follow all login prompts using their Ticketmaster account information.
Game attendees should add any tickets they plan to use for upcoming games to their smartphone's digital wallet if available to ensure their tickets are accessible regardless of the internet connection at the stadium gates. To use the app's "Add to Wallet" function, users should ensure their mobile devices have the most up-to-date operating system installed before coming to Lambeau Field on gameday; iOS 16.4 or later or Android 8 or later are required to use Add to Wallet. If mobile tickets are not saved to a digital wallet, fans can still access their tickets via the Packers app or a web browser.
Additionally, iPhone users must ensure that no tickets within their Ticketmaster account have been downloaded to another user's Apple Wallet. Ticketmaster accounts can only be linked to one Apple ID. If ticket holders want to allow someone else to use their tickets, they should transfer the tickets using the instructions listed in the Packers Mobile Ticketing Guide.
The Packers app includes plenty of game information for ticket holders to help make their gameday experience as smooth as possible, including an interactive stadium map, stadium A-Z guide and carry-in information. Fans can also use the app to earn and redeem points for unique prizes and exclusive fan experiences with Packers Perks, as well as register for the opportunity to win prizes with Packers Pass.
The new version of the Packers app also enhances the user experience for fans in a variety of ways, with a new video-viewing experience that puts fan-favorite content front and center. App users can easily discover their preferred shows, catch up on game highlights, watch player interviews and features and delve into in-depth analysis of the Green Bay Packers. Fans can also use the app to get live play-by-play game updates with Live Activities on supported iOS devices.
