The Green Bay Packers have signed tackle Cliff Washburn to the practice squad. Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations, made the announcement Tuesday.
A 6-foot-5, 308-pound first-year player from The Citadel, Washburn spent the 2007 regular season on the Denver Broncos' practice squad. He will wear No. 71.
Guard Chris Patrick was placed on the practice squad injured list.
