Fans can vote Jones for league's rookie, ground player of the week

GREEN BAY – He did it again.

For the second time in three weeks, Packers running back Aaron Jones has been nominated for the NFL's rookie of the week and ground player of the week after rushing for a career-high 131 yards against the New Orleans Saints in Week 7.

Jones carried the ball four times for 70 yards on Green Bay's opening offensive series, including a 46-yard touchdown run to put the Packers on the board early.

The rookie fifth-round pick out of UTEP previously won the league's rookie of the week award in Week 5 after his 19-carry, 125-yard performance against Dallas on Oct. 8.

Over the last four games, Jones has 62 carries for 346 yards and three touchdowns.
