Coats for Kids collects more than 600 coats, $18,063 at Sunday's game

The annual*Coats for Kids *collection garnered more than 600 coats and $18,063 in cash donations – both record amounts – at Sunday's Green Bay Packers-New York Jets game.

The Salvation Army and several area cleaners – Lindeman's Cleaning, Royal Cleaners and Martinizing Dry Cleaning Service – are again leading the seasonal effort to collect coats. Coats can still be dropped off at the participating cleaners, Papa Murphy's locations, Ultimart Convenience Stores and Fox Communities Credit Union branches.
