Curly's Pub at Lambeau Field, now in its third year of operations and a regular destination for Packers fans, has added some new menu items that are sure to tempt the palates of visitors to the Atrium.
The new dishes, adding to a selection that includes a healthy variety of home-style choices, have been on the menu for a couple of weeks and are garnering rave reviews from customers.
"We're excited about the new items and already have received some great feedback from our guests," said Scott Kleckner, director of operations for Levy Restaurants at Lambeau Field. "Every couple of years we like to add some new offerings. Many are based on feedback from the customers and a few are just the creation of our staff, headed by our executive chef, Leo Dominguez."
A favorite already being mentioned is the O' Line Burger. Created to serve a hearty group, the monstrous 40-ounce beef patty is served with Wisconsin cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and red onions all on a sesame bun. It includes four half pickles, a bucket of French fries, the signature onion loaf appetizer and up to four soft drinks.
Other new entrees added to the menu are the Surf and Turf, Chicken Pot Pie, English Style Fish and Chips, Honey Thyme Chicken and Curly's Ale Beef Tips.
New sandwiches and appetizers include a Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich, Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich, Turkey Burger, Cheese and Venison Sausage Sampler and Signature Onion Loaf. The Buffalo Chicken Salad returns to the menu, too. Two new desserts also appear: a Cupcake Parfait and Cinnamon Bread Pudding.
The menu at Curly's Pub continues to offer many of the original dishes including Earl's Planked Walleye, Wisconsin Fish Fry, Frozen Tundra Ice Cream Landslide, Rockwood Lodge Burger, Smoked Turkey Reuben and Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds.
The Curly's Pub restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Curly's Pub sports bar hours are Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.; Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.; and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to midnight.
Curly's Pub also includes a popular interactive games area and children's game zone with operating hours mirroring that of the sports bar.
