Looking to better serve its customers, Curly's Pub at the Lambeau Field Atrium has diversified its menu with the addition of several new items to a list that already included a healthy variety of home-style choices.
Open for just nine months, Curly's Pub, operated by Levy Restaurants, implemented the new menu June 21, in response to feedback received from guests.
"I couldn't be any more excited about the new menu," said Scott Kleckner, Curly's Pub director of operations. "Executive Chef Leo Dominguez and I have worked very hard on out-doing our last menu, which was full of items that quickly became area favorites. Guest reaction has been extremely positive. People really love our new menu."
Traditional entrees added to the menu are the Packer Pot Roast, Grandma Lambeau's Meatloaf, Thick Cut Pork Chop and Pan Fried Trout.
New sandwiches include a Patty Melt, Smoked Turkey Wrap, BBQ Pork Sandwich, Hot Ham and Swiss, Jumbo Hot Dog with the works and Philly and Chicken Cheesesteaks.
Curly's Pub has also added a Soup of the Day, along with daily specials created by the restaurant's talented team of Levy chefs.
"After nine months of operations, we have a really good idea of what our guests want," said Dominguez. "Our new menu is a result of listening to our guests and creating great versions of their favorite, classic menu items."
Becoming a popular dining stop, Curly's Pub has kept many of the original items on the menu including Earl's Planked Walleye, Wisconsin Fish Fry, Frozen Tundra Ice Cream Landslide, Rockwood Lodge Burger, Smoked Turkey Reuben and Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds.
