MORE THAN 40 PACKERS TO BECOME KEGLERS; A FEW OPENINGS REMAIN
More than 40 Packers players and staff are set to participate in Wednesday's Edgar Bennett Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon.
The event, beginning with registration at 6 p.m. at the Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley, has a few lane openings remaining. Fans interested in participating and supporting the event are encouraged to contact the Packers' community outreach department at 920/569-7500.
Humana is the presenting sponsor for the event that will raise money for The Angel Fund for Children with Cancer, Inc., an organization dedicated to giving financial and social support to families residing in Brown County whose children are receiving treatment for cancer or for bone marrow failure.
Bowling and a silent auction get underway at 6:30 p.m.
Kraft Foods is participating as a food sponsor for the Bennett Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon.
Lane-level sponsorships: Lane sponsorships, priced at $1,000, are available for a team of four bowlers per lane. Participants will be joined by one Packers celebrity and will receive their company sign displayed above their lane, a shirt and team photo, plus access to the Kraft Foods buffet and soda.
Individual sponsorship: Individuals may participate as well for $250, with each bowler placed four to a lane, to be joined by one Packers celebrity. All participants will receive a shirt and lane photo, plus access to the Kraft Foods buffet and soda.
