Due to ongoing issues, if you are unable to access your tickets or if you see any of the following messages, please try logging out of your Ticketmaster account and re-logging in:
- Never been Updated or Last Updated On.
- Unable to refresh all your tickets.
- The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.
- 401 Refresh Error
