Herbert Goodman started for the Scottish Claymores and rushed for 58 yards on 15 carries, and added a 12-yard reception in a 16-9 loss to the Frankfurt Galaxy this past weekend. He continues to be among the league's top rushers with 251 yards in three weeks. Hurley Tarver also started for the Claymores and had an interception and four tackles.
Joey Dozier started at fullback for Frankfurt and slightly injured his ankle in the victory over the Claymores. He's day-to-day, according to coaches.
Paris Lenon started for the Amsterdam Admirals and had four tackles and two special teams stops in a 30-27 loss to F.C. Barcelona. He also notched his season's second interception. John Gilmore registered one tackle for Amsterdam.
Offensive linemen Ed Kehl (Rhein) and Tim Stuber (F.C. Barcelona) also saw action over the weekend for their respective teams.
As NFL Europe heads into Week 4, the Berlin Thunder remains winless after losing at home to the Rhein Fire, 20-16, last weekend. The Frankfurt Galaxy is the only undefeated team after three weeks of play.
