With summer well underway, the Green Bay Packers have officially kicked off their annual Youth Football Camps for 2004.
The second of five summer camps is currently underway in Racine, Wis., with three more to follow in Madison (June 28-July 2), Waukesha (July 12-July 16) and Green Bay (July 19-July 23).
A truly unique experience for children ages 6 to 14, Green Bay Packers Youth Camps offer children the opportunity to learn valuable football skills from experts in the game, including Green Bay Packers alumni.
The weeklong camp allows children to learn the many different positions in football through non-contact instruction, as well as the importance of sportsmanship, self-esteem and fitness.
In addition, two lucky children from each camp will be chosen as the "Packers Camp Leadership Award Winner," an honor that includes a free ticket to a Green Bay Packers preseason home game as well as recognition in front of 70,000 Packers fans.
