The Green Bay Packers will again host the popular Halloween-themed event Spooktacular this Saturday, Oct. 7, in the Lambeau Field Atrium.

The event will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and is free to the public. Attendees can enter through the Miller Lite Gate, Oneida Nation Gate or American Family Insurance Gate on the east side of the Atrium.

Spooktacular will feature interactive entertainment including music, juggling performances, family fun challenges and balloon animals. Children also will have the opportunity to have their faces painted, play fall-themed games and put their artistic skills to work at Halloween-themed craft stations. New this year, a child-friendly hay bale maze will be set up outside the Miller Lite Gate on the platform above the Packers Pro Shop.

Those who attend the event are also encouraged to bring new or gently-used winter coats to Lambeau to donate to the Coats for Kids program.

In addition, the Center for Childhood Safety will be in attendance with information on safe trick or treating and Halloween scenes will be abundant for photo opportunities.

'Spooktacular' is one in a series of community events held each year as part of Green Bay Packers Give Back, the Packers' all-encompassing community outreach initiative. Combined with other Green Bay Packers charity endeavors, the awards contribute to a comprehensive Packers charity impact that was in excess of $8 million last year.
