Matches completed for second session of Packers Mentor-Protégé program

The Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé Program has completed the matches for the second session. The program matches established mentor companies that can provide technical, managerial, financial or other guidance to protégés seeking to improve their competitive standing.

The program's partnerships aim to foster business growth, economic development and job creation in Brown County and the surrounding area.

The five partnerships this year are The Growth Coach, Green Bay, Wis. and Door County Interiors and Design, Egg Harbor, Wis.; Wiplfi, LLP, Green Bay, Wis. and IProcureDirect, Green Bay, Wis.; Wiplfi, LLP, Green Bay, Wis. and Bowman Performance Consulting, Shawano, Wis.; Score, Green Bay, Wis. and Key Elements Healing Arts Center, Green Bay, Wis.; and Strategic Management Associates, Green Bay, Wis. and Sabamba Alpaca Ranch, LLC, De Pere, Wis.

"This program has proven to be a great resource for smaller, local businesses," said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy. "Both mentors and protégés from our first session indicated a high level of satisfaction and success. We're excited to begin our second session and continue to foster business relationships that help smaller firms."

The program is administered by AFF Research, LLC (AFFR). AFFR assists its clients in designing and implementing comprehensive supplier diversity programs, and also provides guidance to entrepreneurs. AFFR has worked on targeted business participation and workforce diversity at Lambeau Field for the past 12 years.
