For nearly four years, Lambeau Field Stadium Tours have given fans a chance to walk down the new tunnel that brings the Packers to the field on game day and see other exciting behind-the-scenes aspects of the renovated stadium. Now, fans will be able to see even more of the historic stadium on new, expanded tours during Training Camp.
"We're thrilled with the response we've had to the stadium tours since the completion of the renovation project," said Krissy Zegers, Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours Manager. "For our Training Camp fans, many who've been on the regular tour, we wanted to offer an even bigger and better experience."
The Legendary Lambeau Experience is a two-hour walking tour with special features including stops in the Lee Remmel Press Box, network TV broadcast booth and visiting locker room. Also part of the Legendary Lambeau Experience is an admission pass to the Packers Hall of Fame, a lunch voucher for the Hall of Fame Grill, a Packers seat cushion, and a $5 interactive game card for the Curly's Game Zone at Curly's Pub.
Like the regular one-hour stadium tour, the Legendary Lambeau Experience takes visitors to the exclusive Club Level and the Legends Club, a private box and the tunnel that takes the Packers to the field. The tours also give fans a chance to sit in the bleachers and learn about the incredible history of the Green Bay Packers.
The Legendary Lambeau Experience cost is $38 or $19 (11 and younger) and will be offered only during Training Camp. Exact days can be obtained online at www.packerstrainingcamp.com and via the Stadium Tours hotline at (920) 569-7513. Tour schedules may change due to stadium events. Due to the length of the tour and the distance covered, the Legendary Lambeau Experience is recommended for children 10 and older. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended as well.
Regular Stadium Tours are offered throughout the year. The cost is $11 for those 12 and older, $10 for seniors 62 and older, $8 for ages 6-11 and free for kids 5 and younger.
Tickets for both tours go on sale at 8 a.m. each day during training camp, with the first tours at 9 a.m. Tour times vary daily.
