Packers' 2003 Schedule To Be Announced

Brett Favre will enter his 13th NFL season in 2003.

Today the National Football League will release the 2003 regular-season schedule.

Full details will be available later, but known already is that the Packers' opponent for their home opener and the rededication of Lambeau Field will be NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings.

The Packers will play the NFL maximum four prime-time games in 2003, three on ABC's Monday Night Football and one on ESPN's Sunday Night Football.

Former Packers head coach Mike Holmgren and the Seattle Seahawks will visit Green Bay October 5.

The Philadelphia Eagles will come to Lambeau Field for a Monday night meeting November 10.

The Packers will meet the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day for the second time in three years.

And December 28, the Packers will close out the season at home against the Denver Broncos.
