New Yellow Pages Cover Features First-Ever Packers Theme, Photo of Lambeau Field
AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) and the Green Bay Packers unveiled the cover of the new Green Bay/De Pere AT&T Real Yellow Pages today featuring a photo of Lambeau Field and the bronze statue of fabled former head coach Vince Lombardi located in the stadium's Harlan Plaza.
AT&T Wisconsin President Scott T. VanderSanden said that the new cover marks the first time that the company's directory has featured the Packers.
"AT&T couldn't be prouder to be bringing area residents this beautiful image, which reflects how Wisconsinites treasure our legendary football franchise," VanderSanden said. "The 335,000 copies of the directory we're distributing will
help reinforce the support of the community and our employees for Packers and admiration for Coach Lombardi."
"The Packers are honored to have Lambeau Field featured on the cover of the AT&T Real Yellow Pages," said Bill Hawker, Packers manager of corporate sales. "To be associated with the other community resources that have been featured through the years is a source of pride for our organization."
The cover was unveiled today at a ceremony in the Lambeau Field Atrium. In addition to Packers and AT&T officials, in attendance were Brown County Executive Tom Hinz, Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt, Ashwaubenon Village President Jerry Menne, New North Executive Director Jerry Murphy and Urban Hope Executive Director Mark Burwell.
The new book will be distributed from Monday through December to residents and businesses in more than 25 communities surrounding Green Bay, including Ashwaubenon, Brussels, De Pere, Howard, Luxembourg, Oconto, Oconto Falls and Seymour.
