Packers downgrade Montgomery, upgrade Neal and Shields

Packers WR Ty Montgomery (ankle) has been downgraded to DOUBTFUL.

Packers LB Mike Neal (hip) and CB Sam Shields (shoulder) have been upgraded to PROBABLE for tomorrow's game against the Lions.
