Packers Everywhere to host free pep rally events for fans in Tampa Bay area Saturday, Dec. 20

Two pep rally events to include autographs and giveaways

Packers fans 21 years and older are invited to bring the spirit of Green Bay to the Tampa Bay area a day early with two free Packers Everywhere Pep Rally events on Saturday, Dec. 20.

The festivities will take place at two different locations in the Tampa Bay area Saturday. The main pep rally will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. EST at Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill, located at 1320 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, Fla.

Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy will take part in the pre-gameday excitement at Ferg's by greeting fans along with Packers alumni, Nick Collins and Kenny Stills, as well as Wayne Larrivee, the radio voice of the Packers. The alumni will be on hand to socialize with fans, sign autographs and discuss their thoughts on the next day's game against the Buccaneers. A round-table discussion with Packers.com writers Vic Ketchman, Mike Spofford and the audience will conclude the event.

Following the main pep rally event at Ferg's, the group from the Packers will stop by The Varsity Club, located at 24091 US Hwy 19 N., Clearwater, Fla., to continue the fun and meet with fans from 8:15 to 9 p.m EST.

"We're looking forward to being back in the Tampa Bay area," said Joan Malcheski, director of Packers Media Group and brand engagement. "These events will give enthusiastic fans a unique opportunity to share their excitement about the game, and we are happy to be joining them as they prepare to cheer on the Packers."

Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill and The Varsity Club will offer Miller beverages at the events. A variety of Packers prizes will also be given out, including vouchers for two other Wisconsin favorites, Johnsonville Brats and Sargento Cheese.

Packers Everywhere, through its website (packerseverywhere.com) and mobile app, enables Packers fans to learn about more than 2,100 official Packers establishments around the world where they can watch games and connect with fellow fans.
