Packers Hall of Famers Rivera and Ruettgers to be featured alumni this week

Former players at Lambeau Field Atrium Saturday, Tundra Tailgate Zone and Legends Club Sunday

The Green Bay Packers are welcoming back featured alumni Marco Riveraand Ken Ruettgersfor the Packers-Texans game on Sunday, Dec. 4. Leading up to the game, the alumni will be signing autographs and visiting with fans in the Lambeau Field Atrium on Saturday, Dec. 3, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. 

The Tundra Tailgate Zone will also feature Riveraon gameday* *from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., where he will be visiting with fans and signing autographs. More information on the Tundra Tailgate Zone can be found online at www.packers.com/gameday/tundra-tailgate-zone.html.

Also on Sunday, Ruettgerswill be visiting with fans and signing autographs during that same time in the Legends Clubon the Associated Bank Club Level, an area accessible to game attendees with suite or club seat tickets, as a guest of the 'Alumni Meet and Greet.'

Marco Riverawas selected by the Packers in the sixth round of the 1996 draft and spent nine seasons with the team, appearing in 125 games with 111 starts, including his final 99 consecutively. He started seven consecutive seasons at guard, the second-longest streak for a guard in team history. Consistently paving the way for successful offenses, Rivera was selected to three Pro Bowls (2002-04). Rivera was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 2011.

Ken Ruettgers, a first-round draft pick in 1985, played 12 years for the Packers (1985-96) and was a fixture at left tackle for more than a decade. Anchoring a line that helped establish a new championship era for the team, he was a dominant pass blocker for the likes of Don Majkowski and Brett Favre. Ruettgers authored a career that was among the longest for an offensive lineman in team history, appearing in 156 career games, with 140 starts. He earned team offensive MVP honors in 1989, and was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 2014.
