GREEN BAY – Free agency begins officially at 3 p.m. CT Wednesday, and the Packers have a total of 14 players from their 2016 roster who remain unsigned.
The team has removed four potential names from this list since the season ended, re-signing defensive lineman Letroy Guion, kicker Mason Crosby and backup offensive lineman Lane Taylor to new contracts within the last few weeks. Also, though it's not official, safety and special-teamer Chris Banjo was reportedly offered a contract as an exclusive-rights free agent.
Green Bay also re-signed defensive lineman Mike Daniels, who was in the final year of his rookie contract, last December.
Of the 14 remaining free agents, a dozen are unrestricted, one is restricted and one is exclusive rights. Here's the breakdown:
