With the Packers-Redskins wildcard playoff game on Sunday, the Packers are inviting fans to join the team in preparing for the playoffs.

This year is the seventh straight year the Packers have earned the opportunity to play in the postseason, and the Packers are urging fans to celebrate and join in the excitement with different fan initiatives to take part in each day this week.

To kick off the week with Mailing Monday, the organization is encouraging fans to take part in the first-ever "Letters to Lambeau" program, presented by Cenex®. The program will provide fans an opportunity to send mail to the team that may be featured on Packers.com, through the Packers' social media accounts and near the locker room for players to see.

Those interested in submitting letters or drawings can visit http://packers.com/letters and download the templates to create custom messages to players and the team. Submissions can be sent through email at letterstolambeau@packers.com, dropped off at the Lambeau Field Atrium at the guest services desk or the Packers Pro Shop, or mailed to Letters to Lambeau, PO Box 13092, Green Bay, WI 54307.

The next day, Paint the Town Tuesday, will help demonstrate Packers pride throughout northeast Wisconsin. Fans are encouraged to keep an eye out for "Get Loud Lambeau" window cling stickers outside of local businesses, schools and public buildings. Interested fans also can join in Paint the Town Tuesday by receiving a free "Get Loud Lambeau" window cling with any purchase at their local Cenex® convenience store.

On Wednesday, fans can participate in Win It Wednesday, as opportunities to win Packers gear and giveaway items will be offered throughout the day. Stay tuned to the Packers' social media accounts Wednesday to learn how to enter to win a Get Loud Lambeau Prize Package, a Packers custom jersey, a Randall Cobb autographed jersey or two tickets to Sunday's game.

The following day, Thankful Thursday, the team will show fans how grateful they are for the constant and unwavering support of the Packers community. Videos, photographs and selected messages from Monday's "Letters to Lambeau" initiative will be posted on Packers.com and through the Packers' social media accounts throughout the day to express the organization's appreciation for Packers fans. Fans can also celebrate Thankful Thursday with a free Packers ringtone, which will be made available for download on Packers.com.

On Friday, fans are encouraged to celebrate Green and Gold Friday by wearing green and gold or Packers gear at school, at work, in their homes and in the community, and are invited to keep the celebration going on Saturday in Washington, D.C., for a free Packers Everywhere Pep Rally

Saturday's Packers Everywhere pep rallyin Washington, D.C., will feature Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy and Wayne Larrivee, the radio voice of the Packers, who will emcee the event. Packers alumni Nick Collins and Nick Barnett will join Larrivee onstage to discuss their thoughts on the next day's game, and Packers.com's Vic Ketchman and Mike Spofford will also preview Sunday's game to conclude the event.
