The Green Bay Packers named Charlie Millerwise director of development and hospitality, Ed Policy, the team's chief operating officer and general counsel announced today.
Millerwise will be instrumental in the daily operations at Titletown, including the operations of 46 Below, Rockwood Terrace and Ariens Hill, as well as future commercial opportunities in the growing development. In this newly created position, he will also work closely with all tenants and partners.
He will also oversee all food and beverage and events at Lambeau Field. He will contribute to appropriate renovation and development projects and will manage event hospitality operations.
"I'm really pleased that we were able to add Charlie to our leadership team," said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy. "We were presented with a unique opportunity to be able to keep someone as talented as Charlie in Green Bay. He has the perfect background and experience for this position."
Millerwise had worked at Delaware North Sportservice since 2006, where he most recently served as vice president of innovation and concepts. Millerwise was also general manager of Delaware North at Lambeau Field, a role he held since 2012, managing all food and beverage service at the stadium, including gameday concessions, event catering and 1919 Kitchen & Tap.
"During his time at Lambeau Field, Charlie has been an integral part of our recent renovations and the development of Titletown," said Policy. "We're looking forward to his further contributions as we continue to grow."
Millerwise also spent several years as operations manager at Comerica Park in Detroit (2009-12) and as general manager at Scottsdale Stadium in Arizona (2006-09).
Prior to his time with Delaware North, Millerwise worked as events manager at McCormick Place in Chicago.
Millerwise, a native of Detroit, earned his degree from Western Michigan University in 2004. His family includes his wife, Shelly, and their two children, Thomas and Madison.
