The Green Bay Packers have promoted Kregg Shilbauer to director of digital, production and game presentation, Gabrielle Dow, the team's vice president of marketing and fan engagement, announced today.
In his new role, Shilbauer oversees the club's web and broadcast programing, Lambeau Field's audio/visual infrastructure, and game presentation and entertainment.
Shilbauer, a native of Green Bay, has been with the Packers since 2013, and served last year as the club's assistant director of digital, production and game presentation.
"We're excited to promote Kregg to director of digital, production and game presentation for the Green Bay Packers," said Dow. "His extensive experience with video and production has proven to be a valuable asset to the organization, and we look forward to Kregg's growth in this leadership role and his continued contributions to the Packers."
Shilbauer has more than 20 years of experience in video and post-production, which includes work with sports, broadcast, news, corporate, documentary and live entertainment.
Prior to joining the Packers in 2013, Shilbauer owned and managed the post-production company, Made Ya Look, for 14 years (1999-2012). Under Shilbauer's leadership, Made Ya Look was a vendor for the Packers for 13 seasons. His professional experience also includes work at Pulse Communications (1989-99) where his final position was as vice president of production, and as a news videographer at WFRV-TV (1986-89).
Shilbauer earned a B.A. degree in radio/TV/film from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1988. His family includes his wife, Melanie, and their two children, Rachel and Grant.
