The Green Bay Packers have partnered with Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions to provide shareholder services for the organization's more than 363,000 shareholders. The partnership became active Friday, April 5.
Included in the new arrangement is a Packers internal transfer agent who will manage and authorize all shareholder transactions and communications. Broadridge will handle the technical aspects of the transactions, including certificate printing and record keeping. Broadridge also will assist with shareholder communications, in conjunction with the Packers.
Shareholder transactions and communications include changes of address, replacement of lost, stolen, and damaged certificates, and transfer of shares.
"We're pleased to be partnering with Broadridge to provide recordkeeping services for our shares of stock," said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy. "With Broadridge we're looking forward to providing an excellent level of customer service for our shareholders."
Additionally, the Packers are asking shareholders who have not received any communications from the organization in the last 12 months to contact shareholder services to update their address, including street and email addresses. Shareholder services can be reached via telephone at 855-8GO-PACK (855-846-7225) or email at [shareholderservices@packers.
