The Packers are preparing for the more than 12,000 Green Bay Packers shareholders and guests who have requested tickets for the organization's Annual Meeting, set for Thursday, July 24, at 11 a.m. at Lambeau Field.
Shareholders are reminded that the parking lots and ticket windows open at 8 a.m. and gates to the stadium open at 9 a.m. The Atrium is open only to shareholders and ticketed guests until 2 p.m., when the facility opens to the general public. The Miller Lite Gate at the north end of the stadium, the Oneida Nation Gate on the stadium's east side and the new American Family Insurance Gate on the Atrium's east side will be open for entrance to the meeting. Persons needing wheelchair positions will be located in wheelchair seating areas on the east side of the stadium. Shareholders that require the use of a wheelchair are asked to bring their own and are encouraged to use the Miller Lite Gate or Oneida Nation Gate for entry.
Parking will be free in the Lambeau Field lot and is expected to fill up early. Limited ADA parking is available as well. Shareholders parking on neighborhood streets are reminded to follow the posted signs and normal regulations. Neighboring residents and businesses may be offering parking as well.
Before and after the meeting, shareholders are encouraged to register for a shareholder identification card, which can be obtained from a shareholder services representative at the Miller Lite Gate, the Oneida Nation Gate and in the Atrium.
Attendees also can visit the new Harlan Plaza outside of the Atrium, as well as the new Packers Pro Shop.
The Packers are providing an exclusive webcast of the meeting for those shareholders who are unable to attend. The webcast can be accessed Thursday online at www.packers.com/community/shareholders.html. Username and password details were provided to shareholders during the voting process and also appear on the information document that was mailed with the shareholder proxy. The live webcast will use Adobe Flash and will not be available on Apple iOS devices (iPhones, iPads and iPods).
In addition to attending the meeting at Lambeau Field, shareholders and their guests are encouraged to visit the Green Bay area's many attractions. Other Packers attractions include the Packers Heritage Trail, the Packers Heritage Trail Trolley Tour and the Packers Hall of Fame exhibit at the Neville Public Museum. A host of other area attractions is available online at www.greenbay.com.
