GREEN BAY – Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for the final month of the 2020 regular season.
Over five games that covered the month of December and the first weekend of January, Rodgers led the Packers to a 5-0 record, throwing 15 touchdown passes and just one interception.
He completed 111-of-145 passes, a 76.6% completion rate, for 1,199 yards. He had fewer than 10 incomplete passes in each game.
Those statistics produced a 131.9 passer rating over the five games as Rodgers made a strong final push for a potential third NFL MVP award.
This is the ninth time in his career Rodgers has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month, and the first time since December 2016.
