GREEN BAY – Packers QB Aaron Rodgers finished 24th in the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament played over the weekend at Edgewood Tahoe in Nevada.

In the modified Stableford scoring system, Rodgers scored 34 points over the three-round event, just under half the 69 points scored by the top players, Vinny Del Negro and John Smoltz.

Del Negro won a playoff over Smoltz to take the championship after they tied for first place. The highest finisher among NFL celebrities was Tony Romo in third place with 66 points.

Rodgers has played in the tournament every year since 2005. His top finish was eighth place in 2017. He placed 16th last year and 21st the year before that.

Former Packers receiver Sterling Sharpe tied for 12th with Vikings receiver Adam Thielen with 49 points.

Among other former Packers players competing, Doug Pederson finished 38th with 21 points, A.J. Hawk tied for 64th at minus-10, and Charles Woodson tied for 67th at minus-16.

Rodgers, who did not participate in any segments of the Packers' offseason program, was asked about his future plans during the television broadcast and only said he would "figure things out in a couple weeks."

The Packers are scheduled to report for training camp on July 27.
