Packers re-sign FB John Kuhn

The Green Bay Packers have re-signed FB John Kuhn. The signing was announced Thursday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Kuhn played in 15 games with six starts in 2013 and rushed for 38 yards and one TD on 10 carries. He also totaled 13 receptions for 81 yards and four special teams tackles.

Kuhn was claimed off of waivers by the Packers from the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sept. 2, 2007, after originally entering the NFL as a non-drafted free agent with the Steelers in 2005. He has played in 116 career games with 24 starts, registering 506 rushing yards and 12 TDs on 165 carries (3.1 avg.) and 72 receptions for 493 yards (6.8 avg.) and eight TDs. He has also posted 57 special teams tackles in his career.
