The Green Bay Packers have re-signed LB Jayrone Elliott. Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations, announced the signing Tuesday.

Elliott originally signed with the Packers as an undrafted rookie free agent out of the University of Toledo in 2014. He has played in 38 regular-season games with Green Bay over the last three seasons, recording 33 tackles (27 solo), four sacks, an interception, a forced fumble, two passes defensed and 39 special teams tackles. In 2016, Elliott led the team with 13 tackles on special teams. He is the only Packer player to post a double-digit tackle total on special teams in each of the last three seasons.
