The Green Bay Packers have re-signed cornerback Erwin Swiney, center Andy Eby, wide receiver Devin Lewis and tight end/running back Bill Seymour to the team's practice squad.
All four were previously placed on waivers over the weekend in the roster reduction to the NFL regular-season limit of 53 players.
A fifth and final member of the practice squad is expected to be signed Tuesday.
Swiney, a rookie from the University of Nebraska, closed out the preseason as the Packers' second-leading tackler with 19 stops, 18 of them solo. He also recorded one quarterback sack.
Seymour, a rookie free agent from the University of Michigan, had one pass reception for 22 yards.
Eby, a 6-3, 300-pound free agent from Kansas State, played extensively in all four preseason games - in company with veteran Frank Winters - in the absence of starter Mike Flanagan, sidelined by a broken thumb.
Lewis, out of Southern University, was signed only last week and played in the Packers' preseason finale against Tennessee but had no pass receptions.
