The Green Bay Packers are ready to host two different events to celebrate the 2016 NFL Draft, a pep rally on the first day of the Draft in Chicago, and a party on the third day of the Draft in Green Bay.

Both events are free to the public and space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at each location.

The pep rally in Chicago, presented by Samsung, will be held at Will's Northwoods Inn for Round 1 of the Draft on Thursday, April 28, with a program beginning at 7:30 p.m. A familiar location for Packers fans, Will's hosted a Packers Everywhere pep rally during the 2014 season, and will offer special food and beverage specials for fans at the rally.

Packers alumni Mark Tauscher, Frank Winters, Chris Jacke and Mark Chmura will be present at the rally, participating in a question-and-answer session and signing autographs for fans. Wayne Larrivee, radio voice of the Packers, will help host, and the event will feature raffle prizes and giveaways throughout the venue.

To continue the draft festivities, on Saturday, April 30, Lambeau Field's 1919 Kitchen & Tap will host the Draft Party, presented by Samsung and Camera Corner. The restaurant will open to fans at 10 a.m., and a program will begin at 11 a.m. Corey Carter from WIXX will be on hand to help host activities during Rounds 4 and 5 of the NFL Draft.

Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy will participate in the program at 1919 Kitchen & Tap, along with alumni Jerry Kramer, Dave Robinson and Gary Ellerson, who will participate in a question-and-answer session and sign autographs for fans in the Atrium. Giveaways, raffle prizes and special menu items at 1919 Kitchen & Tap also will be available for attendees.

Additionally, fans at the event will be able to enjoy special promotions and sampling from MillerCoors and interactive displays from Camera Corner and Associated Bank.

Each event will include draft coverage on TV screens throughout each venue, and will provide Wi-Fi Internet access, allowing attendees who bring wireless-enabled laptops and mobile devices to log on to their favorite draft websites and follow the action online.

The NFL Draft features a three-day format, with Round 1 beginning at 7 p.m. CT, on Thursday, April 28, followed by Rounds 2-3 beginning at 6 p.m. CT Friday, April 29, and Rounds 4-7 beginning at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday, April 30.
