Packers release five players

The Green Bay Packers released WR Andrew Brewer, DE Anthony Hargrove, S Micah Pellerin, T Herb Taylor and CB Dion Turner. The transactions were announced Friday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

(Note: This reduces the Packers' active roster to 85 players. It must be reduced to 75 players by Monday afternoon.)
