Packers release seven players

Packers must reduce roster to 75 by August 26 at 3 p.m. CT

The Green Bay Packers have released S Charles Clay, CB Antonio Dennard, WR Chris Harper, LB Korey Jones, FB Ina Liaina, QB Chase Rettig and WR Gerrard Sheppard. The transactions were announced Sunday by Ted Thompson, Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations.
