Packers sign CB Rolle to practice squad

Rookie earned Division II All-America honors

The Green Bay Packers have signed CB Jumal Rolleto the practice squad. The transaction was announced Tuesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Rolle, a 6-foot, 188-pound rookie out of Catawba College (N.C.), entered the NFL as a non-drafted free agent with Buffalo in May 2013. He appeared in two preseason games for the Bills and also was on the New Orleans Saints' practice squad for four games this season. Rolle led Catawba with six interceptions as a senior on his way to earning Division II All-American recognition. He will wear No. 20 for the Packers.
