The Green Bay Packers have signed free agent offensive lineman Duke Preston. Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson announced the signing.

The 6-foot-5, 315-pound Preston spent four seasons with Buffalo after being drafted by the Bills in the fourth round of the 2005 draft (No. 122 overall). In four seasons, Preston appeared in 59 games for the Bills, starting 20 of them, including a career-high 11 starts in 2008.

Preston, 26, started three years at center for Illinois, including the final 35 games of his collegiate career, earning honorable mention All-Big Ten honors following his senior season.
