The Green Bay Packers have signed WR Tyrone Walker to the practice squad. The transaction was announced Wednesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Walker, a 5-foot-10, 191-pound rookie out of Illinois State, entered the league with the Packers as a non-drafted free agent in May 2013 and was with Green Bay during the preseason. He was also on the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad for one game this season. Walker finished his career at Illinois State as the school's all-time leader in receptions (250), receiving yards (3,565) and receiving touchdowns (32). He will wear No. 83 for the Packers.
