The Green Bay Packers will host the New York Giants in the NFC Championship on Sunday, Jan. 20, at 5:42 p.m. CT at Lambeau Field.
The Giants advanced by defeating the Dallas Cowboys, who were the NFC's No. 1 seed. The Packers, seeded No. 2, then became the host for the conference title game. The Giants, seeded No. 5, have won back-to-back road playoff games. Green Bay defeated New York earlier this season, 35-13, in Week 2.
The Packers haven't hosted the NFC Championship since the 1996 postseason, when they defeated the Carolina Panthers 30-13 (Jan. 12, 1997) on their way to winning Super Bowl XXXI.
