The Green Bay Packers have traded fourth-year defensive end Jamal Reynolds to the Indianapolis Colts for a future undisclosed draft choice, GM/Head Coach Mike Sherman announced Thursday.
Reynolds, the Packers' first-round draft choice in 2001, played 18 games in three years, recording 17 tackles (11 solo), three sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
The 6-foot-3, 260-pound defensive end battled a left knee injury during most of his first two seasons. Healthy for the first time in 2003, he was inactive for 11 games (the Packers typically de-activate at least one defensive lineman).
