Packers waive QB Matt Brown

The Green Bay Packers have waived QB Matt Brown. The transaction was announced Tuesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Brown, a 6-foot-3, 225-pound rookie out of Illinois State, was signed by Green Bay as a non-drafted free agent on May 10.
