Daryn Colledge was selected by the Packers out of Boise State in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. Colledge spent five seasons with the team, with his last game in the Green and Gold being the Packers' Super Bowl XLV victory. He started at left guard, playing in all 80 possible regular season games, and went on to play three seasons in Arizona (2011-13) and one in Miami (2014). After retiring from the NFL, Colledge enlisted in the Idaho National Guard as a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter repairer. In 2018, he was deployed to Afghanistan, where he served one tour. Colledge was nominated for the NFL's Salute to Service Award in 2022.

Jason Spitz was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the third round of the 2006 NFL Draft from Louisville. The offensive lineman started 45 contests for the team over five seasons, showcasing his versatility by playing each interior offensive line position. Spitz appeared in all 20 games during the 2010 season that culminated in the Packers winning Super Bowl XLV. He retired from the NFL in 2011, following one season with Jacksonville.
