GREEN BAY – Packers.com is headed to the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, with multiple days of coverage planned beginning Wednesday.
The website will have live-streamed news conferences on Wednesday of General Manager Ted Thompson (10 a.m. CT) and Head Coach Mike McCarthy (noon CT). The full-length videos of those news conferences also will be posted afterward.
Writers Mike Spofford and Wes Hodkiewicz along with analyst Larry McCarren will follow up with daily stories and videos, reviewing and reacting to what the Packers' leaders have to say.
Packers.com's coverage also will touch on what's heard from the college prospects, who begin meeting with the media on Thursday afternoon, continuing through the weekend.
Spofford and Hodkiewicz will record a series of Packers Unscripted podcasts, scheduled to post Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. In addition, they'll answer fan questions on packers.com's Facebook Live account at a day and time to be determined.
