Packers fans hoping to catch a glimpse of practice Monday, August 19, will be out of luck due to recent changes made to the team's practice schedule which were announced Thursday.
Although the original schedule called for a pair of open-to-the-public practices Monday, those workouts have been eliminated and replaced by one evening practice inside Lambeau Field, which is closed to visitors.
The practices scheduled for Tuesday, August 20, have also been altered, with the original 8:45-11:25 a.m., morning practice switching to a special teams practice from 8:45-9:30 a.m., with the pads practice being moved to the afternoon from 2:15-4:15 p.m. Both of those practices remain at Clarke Hinkle Field, weather and field conditions permitting, and are open to the public.
The training camp schedule returns to its original layout Wednesday, August 21, with a morning pads practice from 8:45-11:25 p.m., and a special teams practice from 2:15-3:15 p.m., both on Clarke Hinkle Field.
Training Camp Practice Changes:
Monday, August 19: Practice closed to the public.
Tuesday, August 20: 8:45-9:30 a.m., Clarke Hinkle Field (special teams); 2:15-4:15 p.m., Clarke Hinkle Field (pads).
