Kevin Jordan
**For those of you who have ever wanted to peek inside the mind of a Packers player, here's your chance. For those who wish they knew more about a player than his statistics and position on the depth chart, this is for you.
It was with those desires in mind that Packers.com peppered several Packers players with a series of Random Questions. Here's what happened when we got offensive tackle Kevin Jordan in the hot seat:**
What's your favorite TV show?
Martin, I was mad at Gina (Tisha Campbell) for leaving the show. That could have been funny for years. I like watching Fear Factor and Spy TV right now. I'll probably watch that Dog Eat Dog show, too.
What's your favorite food?
All types of chicken, and catfish.
Can you cook? What's your specialty?
I like cooking breakfast. I'm not very good, but it's worth it.
What's your favorite movie?
Harlem Nights, with Eddie Murphy. I liked Richard Pryor all throughout his career, he started fading a little bit, but he's still funny.
What's your favorite opposing city to visit?
San Francisco. I like that town a lot. I'd like to go in there and beat them.
Who is your favorite comedian or comedic actor?
Martin Lawrence, I've seen everything of his. Eddie Murphy was good back in the day, but he doesn't do any of his stand-up anymore and that's what I like. I like Chris Tucker, too, all of his stuff. And my new favorite is Mike Epps from Next Friday.
Who is the funniest player on the team, the one that has the best shot at standup after the NFL?
I think Rod (Walker) could just stand up there and everybody could laugh at him.
What was your favorite toy as a child?
Transformers -- Megatrons, Deceptachons -- Autobots, I had a bunch of those.
Who were your sports heroes growing up?
In high school I liked Reggie. Since I played defensive line, I was always a Reggie White fan. When he first signed with Green Bay, I started noticing him even more.
Who is the first person you call on the telephone after a game?
My parents. They watch most of the games, but if they aren't here I call them.
What's better? Lambeau Field in September, or Lambeau Field in December?
If we're playing against somebody, of course December, but if I'm just out there trying to relax and just walking around, September. Opponents can't stand the cold.
If you weren't in the NFL, what would you be doing?
Probably going to school to get my master's degree in business.
What's in your CD player right now?
A mixed CD with Kurupt, Eminem, DJ Quick, and I think Hitman. I like the new Eminem CD. I gotta keep it West Coast, you know?
What's your favorite TV commercial?
Have you ever seen the Budget commercials? You know the one with the roller skates? It was really funny to me. Some of the dancers in the background looked like the guys on the team. The one big fat guy on the left side, with his gut hanging out, he looked like Steve Warren.
What's the most embarrassing play of your career?
It was in high school, I was just messing around during a kickoff or kick-return drill and I wasn't paying attention. I'm about 6-4, 240, and the other guy is like 5-8, 170. I don't know where he came from, but he hit me and knocked me on my butt. I thought I hit him, I don't remember anything. When I came to, he was standing over me hollering and yelling stuff. Eh, it happens.
