With the significant snowfall accumulation this week, Lambeau Field will be in need of a second day of snow removal Friday morning, Jan. 1, in advance of Sunday's regular season finale between the Packers and Vikings.
More than 800 shovelers took part in Thursday's snow removal process, but some additional removal is needed, as well as work to spread ice melt throughout the stadium.
The Packers are in need of workers – as many as 250 – to assist with the process. Those interested are asked to report to the Mills Fleet Farm Gate on Lambeau Field's west side, beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, Jan. 1, and continuing through the day as needed.
Shovelers need to be at least 15 years old and will receive $10 per hour, with payment to be made immediately upon completion of their work. The Packers will provide shovels to all who come to help.
