Statement By NFL Spokesperson On Torrance Marshall

Torrance Marshall of the Green Bay Packers has been suspended without pay for the team's first four regular-season games for violating the NFL Substance Abuse Policy.

Marshall is eligible to return to the Packers' active roster on Tuesday, September 30 following the team's September 29 game against the Chicago Bears.

Marshall can participate in training camp and the Packers' five preseason games. His suspension begins on Friday, August 29. The Packers conclude their preseason schedule against the Tennessee Titans on August 28.
