The Green Bay Packers Board of Directors elected Thomas Olejniczak to the organization's Executive Committee at Wednesday's quarterly meeting.
Olejniczak, attorney and managing partner of Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak, & Jerry S.C., has been a member of the Board since 1986. He replaces Edward Martin, who resigned from the board in September 2013.

"Tom has served the organization well as a member of the Board for nearly 30 years. His extensive background in law along with his far-reaching involvement in this community has been invaluable. We look forward to his continued contributions in this new role."
The Packers' Executive Committee, elected from the team's Board of Directors, directs corporate management, approves major capital expenditures, establishes broad policy and monitors management's performance in conducting the business and affairs of the corporation.
Olejniczak, 64, began practicing law in Green Bay in 1974, and currently serves as a managing partner of the Law Firm of Conway, Olejniczak, & Jerry S.C. His business law practice provides counsel on business entity planning and formation, transaction negotiations, banking and finance, commercial litigation, small business development, family business and estate planning. Following a family tradition, Olejniczak has an active real estate law practice. He also has extensive experience in law concerning Catholic religious communities and non-profit organizations.
Originally elected to the Packers Board of Directors in June 1986, Olejniczak serves on the Board of Directors' Audit and Director Affairs committees. He earned a bachelor's degree from St. Norbert College in 1971 and a juris doctor degree from Marquette University Law School in 1974.
Active in the community, Olejniczak has served on a number of community boards and professional associations, including the NEW Community Shelter board, Casa ALBA Melanie - Hispanic Community Resource Center of Green Bay Inc. board, PMI Entertainment Group board, Cystic Fibrosis – 65 Roses Sports Club board, Wisconsin Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association audit committee, Brown County Bar Association, Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Estate Planning Council of Green Bay.
