CLINTON-DIX GETS THE PICK
With the Lions looking to extend a 9-3 lead late in the third quarter, QB Matthew Stafford faced third-and-9 from the Green Bay 23. He tried to hit WR Lance Moore on a post route over the middle, but Packers S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix undercut Moore and made a diving interception inside the 10-yard line. It was Clinton-Dix's second interception of the season.
ABBREDERIS HAULS IT IN, TAKES THE HIT*
Trying to rally the Packers in the fourth quarter, QB Aaron Rodgers found WR Jared Abbrederis down the right sideline for a 32-yard gain. Abbrederis took a big hit from Lions S Glover Quin, which knocked the ball out of bounds, but the catch stood and led to a 4-yard TD pass to TE Richard Rodgers. Abbrederis finished with four receptions for 57 yards, his first catches as a pro.
PERILLO HITS PAYDIRT*
TE Justin Perillo caught the first TD pass of his career at a good time, an 11-yarder with just 32 seconds left that gave the Packers a chance to tie the game. Unfortunately, a two-point conversion pass intended for WR Davante Adams was knocked away incomplete, and the Packers still trailed by two points.
