Oct. 23, 1960 - Teammates open up a huge hole for HB Paul Hornung (5) who scored a touchdown against the 49ers during a game in Milwaukee, Wisc. Packers G Fred "Fuzzy" Thurston (63) is on ground and FB Jim Taylor (31) watches to the left. San Francisco won 13 times in a span of 15 games between 1950-58, while the Packers won 10 of 11 games between 1959-64.
Nov. 22, 2009 - WR Jordy Nelson stiff arm's 49ers CB Marcus Hudson at Lambeau Field. The Packers won, 30-24.
Oct. 14, 1996 - Packers S LeRoy Butler (36) intercepts 49ers QB Elvis Grbac in front of intended receiver Tommy Vardell during the first quarter in Green Bay. The Packers won, 23-20, and played the 49ers in the NFC Divisional Playoff game before advancing to Super Bowl XXXI, and winning.

Jan. 11, 1998 - Santana Dotson and Gilbert Brown catch some air during the NFC Championship game in San Francisco. The Packers won, 23-10, and advanced to Super Bowl XXXII.
Dec. 15, 2002 - QB Brett Favre (4) throws a backhanded pass against the 49ers in San Francisco. The Packers won, 20-14, finished 12-4 and won the NFC North division.
Jan. 12, 2013 - RB DuJuan Harris (26) runs for a touchdown during the NFC Divisional playoff game against the 49ers at Candlestick Park. Harris rushed for 53 yards on 11 carries with a TD.
Jan. 6, 1996 - CB Craig Newsome (21) returns a fumble 31-yards for a touchdown during the NFC Divisional Playoff. The Packers won, 27-17. Green Bay's 27-17 triumph in the 1995 NFC Divisional playoff was considered the breakthrough victory that established the Packers as an elite team for the next several years.

Green Bay's 27-17 triumph in the 1995 NFC Divisional playoff was considered the breakthrough victory that established the Packers as an elite team for the next several years.
