Rodgers made an immediate impact for the Packers in his rookie season, appearing in every 2014 regular season and playoff game, with five starts. He tallied 20 receptions for 225 yards during the regular season, including two touchdowns. Additionally, Rodgers made a touchdown reception in the Packers' 2014 Divisional Playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys, and recorded 35 receiving yards in the NFC Championship game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Rodgers was drafted by the Packers with the second of two third-round selections (No. 98 overall), the first of two compensatory choices awarded to the team in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Rodgers' hometown is Worcester, Mass., and he attended the University of California.

Rodgers appeared in 35 games with 11 starts during his three seasons at Cal and finished with 59 receptions for 896 yards (15.2 avg.) and two TDs.

Rodgers made at least one catch in 19 consecutive games to end his career and posted four grabs of 50-plus yards during his career. He led the team with 11 receptions of 20-plus yards in 2013.

Rodgers' father, Richard Sr., is currently the special teams coordinator for the Carolina Panthers. Richard Sr. also played at Cal, where he was prominently involved in "The Play" against Stanford in 1982, making the last of five laterals.

Rodgers enjoys playing video games, listing "Madden" as his favorite, collecting shoes, playing basketball and taking care of his Black Lab named Calie.

Rodgers lists The Walking Dead as his favorite TV show, Holes as his favorite book, Transformers as his favorite movie and Kanye West as his favorite recording artist.
