Gaines previously worked as a scouting assistant (2019-22) after originally joining the Packers in 2016 as a football technology assistant.

Prior to joining the Packers, Gaines was a web application developer for Golevel in Port Orange, Fla., from 2013-16.

Gaines graduated from Florida State in 2013 with a B.S. degree in information technology. He attended Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange, playing football all four years and earning two letters as a left tackle. Born in Seattle, Wash., Gaines lives in Green Bay.
