Biography
Now in her 32nd season overall with the Packers, Sherry Schuldes enters her 29th year leading the team's family programs department after originally joining the organization in 1993.
Beginning in 1996, Schuldes oversaw the creation and development of the family programs department, one of the first of its kind in the NFL. The department offers year-round programming and services for the families of Packers players and coaches.
Schuldes also led the creation of the Packers Women's Association (PWA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that allowed coaches' and players' spouses to give back to the Green Bay community. Serving as the PWA's executive director, Schuldes led the organization's support of several local charities, including Paul's Pantry and New Community Shelter, as well as partnered with The Salvation Army and Samaritan's Purse. Schuldes and the PWA have hosted food drives and military-appreciation events, adopted hundreds of families for the holidays, created the Packers Family Cookbook and participated in many other initiatives.
Prior to joining the Packers, Schuldes worked in multiple community-programming roles around the greater Green Bay area. She earned her associate's degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 1982.
Schuldes was a longtime active board member and volunteer for Rebuilding Together of Greater Green Bay, an organization that has repaired hundreds of homes, free of charge, for individuals who are unable to do so themselves. She also previously served as a member of the St. Vincent's Hospital Advisory Council.
A native of Florence, Wis., Schuldes currently lives in Hobart, Wis., with her husband, John. They have two daughters, Natalie and Ashlee, a son-in-law, Marwan, two granddaughters, Eliza and Annie Rae, and are expecting a third grandchild in August 2024.
